Athena is the best in her field!!! Her work is amazing! She is a bit more pricey than other tattoo artists but you definitely get what you pay for! She takes her time to perfect your color and shape and actually cares about skin tone and what shape to do with your facial structure. I had my brows done years ago and they still look great!
